Tasmin Lotter Photography
By purchasing images from Tasmin Lotter Photography, you (the "Client") agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Personal Use Only
All images purchased from Tasmin Lotter Photography are licensed for personal use only. You may use the images for personal display, printing, and sharing with friends and family. The images are intended for non-commercial use and may not be used in any way that involves promoting or endorsing any business, service, product, or sponsorship.
2. Prohibited Uses
You may not use the purchased images for any of the following purposes:
Commercial Use: The images cannot be used for advertising, marketing, or any form of commercial promotion.
Business or Sponsorship Use: The images cannot be used in relation to any business, corporate entity, or sponsorships.

3. Copyright
The images remain the intellectual property of Tasmin Lotter Photography. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the images for personal purposes as outlined above. Tasmin Lotter Photography retains the right to use the images for promotional and portfolio purposes unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
4. Editing and Alteration
Clients may edit or modify the images for personal use (e.g., cropping or applying filters). However, the images may not be significantly altered, sold, or used in any commercial capacity without explicit written permission from Tasmin Lotter Photography.
5. Reproduction and Distribution
The purchased images may not be reproduced for resale, distribution, or any commercial endeavor without prior written consent from Tasmin Lotter Photography. This includes use on merchandise, websites, or any other form of publication intended to generate revenue.
6. Licensing for Commercial Use
If you wish to use the images for commercial purposes, including for businesses, sponsorships, or advertising, please contact Tasmin Lotter Photography to discuss licensing options. A separate commercial license agreement will be required.
7. Liability
Tasmin Lotter Photography is not responsible for any misuse of the images purchased by the Client. By accepting these Terms of Service, the Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Tasmin Lotter Photography from any claims arising from unauthorized use of the images.
8. Termination of License
Tasmin Lotter Photography reserves the right to revoke the license to use the images if the terms outlined in this agreement are violated. In such cases, the Client must immediately cease using the images and remove any copies from distribution.
By purchasing images from Tasmin Lotter Photography, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
